They had left early that morning and now, Kuro, Warro, and Devon were caught in a sandstorm, in the middle of the desert known as the Haunted Wasteland. That morning, Kuro had returned the Spirit Pendant to Warro, granting him the magic cloak, which now protected him from the sand whipped up in the wind as Devon and Kuro wore cloaks they had prepared before the boy had woken up. They both were holding one of Warro's hands as Devon guided them to each of the flags the Gerudoes had set up to traverse the Wasteland.
